We are visiting the penguins at Betty’s Bay this morning.
Walking among the sea bamboo,
swimming in the waves,
looking out at the point,
When you are done enjoying them, stop on the Rooiels Road at the local cafe for something to drink and look through their books.
Don’t be mistaken, the Rooiels Road may the the most beautiful drive in the world.
A few photos from the cederberg area.
The iconic picture from the cerderberg wilderness area.
That’s why its the olifant river running here.
On the Wupperthal road if I have it right.
And just outside citrusdal, very different veld.
I almost thought she was dead on my balcony
but no, it was just a serious grooming session
and they did not want to leave the balcony. Hiding behind the furniture like children
The sun is setting over the Lebombo Mountains, the last moments in Kruger..
Late afternoon on the way to Citrusdal from the Stadsaal caves,
A cat moved in at my little chalet in Hazyview this week. Black and white, tame as anything, loves freshly baked bread..
A view of Cape Town at night; – Table Mountain in silhouette.
Taken from the Stadsaal Caves in the Cederberg Nature Reserve.
