Filled Omelet with Peppadew

Bake an omelet

While it is still in the pan put a tablespoon of cream cheese or cottage cheese on one half and spread slightly

Add 4 Peppadews, cut in biggish bits

Shred some basil leaves and add

Grate cheese of your choice and sprinkle over

Fold the omelet over and serve (on toast if you will)

Normally I would use freshly ground black pepper, but the fine pepper also works šŸ˜‰

Sorry about the bite marks I was hungry..
